Sensei Don Mouland 3rd dan runs SAMA karate classes for adults and children.

Adult sessions:
Wednesdays between 7.00 - 8.00pm
Cost: £4.50

Junior Sessions (4-12 years old):
Mondays from 5.00 - 6.00pm
Saturday mornings 10.00-11.00am
Cost: £4.00

All classes are on a 'pay as you go' basis.

Each session is designed to be a safe mixture of sport and fun, whilst also teaching discipline and respect. The programme will develop physical conditioning, flexibility, coordination and stamina going on to teach karate techniques that will enable children to work towards their belts. As well as improving children’s all round fitness this session will also help develop their personalities, aiding confidence and developing self-esteem. Unlike judo, there is no actual contact or throwing involved so students practice without mats.
