Exercise Classes
Please note, during the summer period some exercise classes will not run or will start at slightly different times. It is always a good idea to give us a quick call on 01273 411100 to make sure that your class is running.
Legs, Bums and Tums - Angie

After a short warm up this class progresses to a gentle aerobic workout (with very simple choreography). After this we target the legs, bums and tums using toning exercises and light weights. To finish the class there is a stretching component to help improve your flexibility and relax your mind.
Bodyblitz - Angie
A mixed impact class including high and low impact combinations. A short cardio section using basic moves will improve your heart and lungs. Toning exercises help to tone legs, bums and tums, great for toning!
Body Conditioning - Tina
A traditional bodyconditioning class aimed to challenge your body using a variety of equipment including hand weights and resistance bands.
Bodypump - Tracy / Safu
A complete body workout using barbells and light to moderate weights with high repetitions. The class is simple and effective and the results are a well-toned and lean body. Please note there is a minimum age of 16 years for this class.
Yogalates - Jenny
Yogalates is a blend of yoga and pilates. Improve your core strength and postural muscles whilst enhancing flexibility and balance and calming your mind.
Pilates - Judith
Pilates is a gentle yet challenging class, which emphasises body awareness whilst strengthening the core muscles. This class will help to lengthen and stretch the muscles, improve posture whilst relaxing your mind.
Gentle Aerobics -Treana
This exercise class will work your heart and lungs with a short aerobic session using simple choreography and then help tone your muscles using a variety of equipment.
Whole Body Workout - Safu
After an initial warm up there follows an aerobic section to work your heart and lungs and then toning exercises that will help shape your body.
*Please note: if you are pregnant or have any medical concerns please see the instructor before the start of the class.
** The minimum age for bodypump is 16 years.
