Crèche Arrangements

The crèche is available Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
9.15-11.15am.

Bodyblitz - Jo

A mixed impact class including high and low impact combinations.  A short cardio section using basic moves will improve your heart and lungs.  Toning exercises help to tone legs, bums and tums, great for toning!

Boxercise - Vanessa

Boxercise is an effective cross training class that is fun, energetic and also helps to improve strength, endurance, hand eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Your registered Boxercise instructor will coach you using boxing techniques and circuit stations in a safe environment. The class is suitable for individuals with no experience of boxing, who have a reasonable level of fitness. Equipment is provided.

Body Conditioning - Safu

A traditional bodyconditioning class aimed to challenge your body using a variety of equipment including hand weights and resistance bands.

Bodypump - Tracy

A complete body workout using barbells and light to moderate weights with high repetitions. The class is simple and effective and the results are a well-toned and lean body. Please note there is a minimum age of 16 years for this class.

Gentle Exercise (50+) - Jo

This exercise class will work your heart and lungs with a short aerobic session using simple choreography and then help tone your muscles using a variety of equipment.

Legs, Bums and Tums - Jo

After a short warm up this class progresses to a gentle aerobic workout
(with very simple choreography). After this we target the legs, bums
and tums using toning exercises and light weights. To finish the class there is a stretching component to help improve your flexibility and relax your mind.

Pilates - Judith

Pilates is a gentle yet challenging class, which emphasises body awareness whilst strengthening the core muscles. This class will help to lengthen and stretch the muscles, improve posture whilst relaxing your mind.

Salsacise - Becky

A great Latin inspired dance aerobics class aimed at all ages and levels.
Work up a sweat and get fit whilst having lots of fun.

Yogalates - Jenny

Yogalates is a blend of yoga and pilates. Improve your core strength and postural muscles whilst enhancing flexibility and balance and calming your mind.

*Please note: if you are pregnant or have any medical concerns, please see the instructor before the start of the class.

** The minimum age for bodypump is 16 years.

If you attend our exercise classes regularly and also use our fitness room, you might like to consider registering to pay by monthly direct debit for unlimited use of both.  Our monthly charges are as follows:-
