Welcome to our Years 7-11 information pages.
Since the College opened in 1974 our maxim, “Caring for Achievement”, has been at the heart of all our work. We are determined to provide a caring and happy environment which stimulates and recognises all forms of achievement and promotes our role in the wider community.Students in Years 7-11, ages 11-16, are based on the main Chalky Road campus. Curriculum subjects are taught in localised classrooms to facilitate access to resouces. These are complemented by a superb fully equipped sports centre, a dual usage library and a careers office.
We are very proud of all we achieve and should like everyone to feel that the Community College is ‘our college’ and that we all have a real share in it.
